Cherwell Boosts Pink Verification to 11 ITIL Processes
Effective March 11, 2010, Cherwell Service Management™ received certification for five more processes of ITIL V3 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library, version three) under Pink Elephant’s PinkVERIFY program. Certified processes include: Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Deployment, Service Asset & Configuration, Knowledge, Event, Service Catalog, Service Level, Service Portfolio, Request Fulfillment.

We expanded this offering to include Frontrange’s ITSM and became the most successful Frontrange partner for ITSM in North America.
